Although this is an older part of my career, it is a definite highlight, and one of which I am incredibly proud. In the year 2000, I was part of a 12 person team responsible for the first major modern design upgrade and overhaul of the Kennedy Space Center websites.
While at KSC, I was assigned the responsiblity for the development and restructuring effort for the Shuttle Countdown Online page, which was one of the most viewed pages on the entire NASA networks.
I also consulted on webcast efforts for the Shuttle Countdown Online page to incorporate streaming video on the page. Finally, I helped to develop website procedures for all KSC web pages.
